TRUTH IS... – Truth is they ( brick pavers) move and repair sprinklers all the time, they also repair lawns ,install drain tile , install outdoor lights and many others things . There is no need to call a seperate trade for each task mentioned it is all part of brick paving and landscaping. Customer should have called the company and made them aware of the alleged damage first. Customer is also leaving out the fact that I had given her a check for $ 100.00 towards the repair.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – This company installed brick pavers in our front and back walks. The job appeared to be well done in a timely manner in early May 2009. When we had our lawn sprinkling company come several weeks later to turn on the system, there was a leak under the front walk and we had to pay >$200 in labor for the sprinkling guys to remove a section of the pavers and repair the pipe. What this customer is leaving out is that we had moved some of her sprinkler lines in the back yard. This is sometihng we do all the time is relocate sprinklers. This particular sprinkler were the alleged damage was caused was in fact hand dug by myself ( the owner). I know for a fact I did not damage the line. I feel the home owner should have called me before having it fixed by someone else and made me aware there was damage.
