It took 2 weeks for them to take my car into the shop to begin the repairs and another week for them to complete the repairs. When I dropped my vehicle off I told them NOT to put down the window or it would break. When I picked it up, they told me it "broke" when they tried turning the key to check the lock. LIES!!
