The worst service I have ever experienced. We were asked to come between 9am and 10am to collect a specific car, and based on the conversations we had, we believed the vehicle would be available. After arriving, we were told that the car was not available and were instead offered a different vehicle for an additional $70. When I questioned why we had been asked to come in if the car was not available, the staff told us that they had never promised we would receive the car because they still needed to complete licence checks ... read more
Very pathetic service first they gave us car which was not working properly it stopped working out of station then they change car the second car was same my husband complained multiple times but they didn’t check when we returned car they finished the contract and they even didn’t give us bond money I called many times but in vain plus their customer service is very bad so so so much rude lady
Great service and communication. Fantastic price on repairs. Will definitely be back for any repairs needed.
