This was my first visit and the experience was wonderful. The manager, Blake, is great and from the initial communication through completion of the service he was top notch. Even highlighted one thing to watch vs saying it should be addressed right now - most places would have told you they recommend the work be done immediately. I'll use them again.
Good prices, go to extra lengths if needed. Explain what they find to the customer and include if the work is needed now or can be delayed. Maintenance orders are not filled with jargon and abbreviations. Work is done quickly.
Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable waiting area. Repairs are effective.
When my vintage vehicle suddenly developed a potentially serious problem, Precise quickly scheduled a time for me to bring it in. Once there, the Precise team promptly located the problem, searched for and found the needed parts, and then installed them with minimal inconvenience to me. In addition, given that I regularly drive the vehicle, Precise relied on my feedback to fine-tune the repairs. The bottom line is that if Precise says it will fix your vehicle, they’ll not only do it, but do it right.
