I wanted to say I took my cat in for tume up and other repairs , this place has the best customer service , and has the best prices for the labor and also stand 100% on there work , not is it the best place to take your car to get fixed also wanted to say thank you so much to the front seat guy named Eric Murillo who answered all my questions I had about my car , and got me out there as soon as my car was fixed I will definitely will be back and highly recommended this place . ;)
1 review 1.0 star rating 4/7/2016 This is just the worst Mechanic I have ever had to deal with. Mike is just a FRAUD. He gave me a $2600 quote for the part and I went and bought the part myself at Toyota for #1200. Then because I has already paid him for the labor, he refused to fix the car because he did not get to buy the part. Then he claims that he has fixed the car and asked me to take it to Toyota for Toyota to fix the codes because he couldn't do it. You go to repair shops other than the dealerships to save a dollar and sometimes you are just better off at the dealership to begin with, I went in for an alignment, go back a week later because my steering wheel started shaking, and now the balance is off so there's an additional service cost because the $65 wasn't enough. What a joke, worst customer service ever by the owner himself. Last time I checked aren't they supposed to inspect the vehicle before they perform a service if its going to cause future problems???
