I HIGHLY recommend Precise for any of your auto body/ vehicle needs! I've dealt with them personally and they brought my car back to life looking and feeling brand new! From the girls at reception to the team that handles the repairs this is the place to bring your vehicle to!
On our family vacation from Arizona to California, we were struck in the rear while exiting a freeway ramp. We were taken to Precise Autobody in Northridge. The intake staff was very friendly and professional. Our only issue was a disagreement between the shop and our insurance company, which delayed the repair.But the end result was extremely satisfactory. I would like to particularly command Alex Arita. the repair repair shop manager. He was always available to discuss issues and was a pleasure to deal with.
