Precise Air Conditioning: Please Be Aware Jose “Tony” Perez, the owner of Precise Air Conditioning, recently hit and destroyed my mailbox while driving through my neighborhood to perform work. According to my neighbor, who was walking his dog at the time, Tony did not initially stop. My neighbor flagged him down and directed him back to my house. This company causes damages to other people’s property and they don’t come through when you try to contact them. I don’t recommend this AC company.

Tony replaced my a/c unit at a great cost several years ago. Now almost 10 years later he had serviced the unit very few times because of the good quality of unit he sold us. Always available and great service, prices, and communication. I will buy my next unit from Precise Air Conditioning. THANK YOU!
