We recently cancelled our policies in part because of the total lack of professionalism from the agent and their staff at Precise Advantage. They routinely ignored requests, and when they did respond, they did so with a terrible attitude and often did things poorly. If you enjoy the DMV, you'll love Precise Advantage.
