Booked a massage with ClassPass. Called and texted when I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment as the business seemed empty. The text messages showed "delivered" to an iPhone, and then the person accidentally called me back, and promptly hung up. I waited, texted some more, and received an automated text notification from ClassPass that my appointment would have to be rescheduled at 12:59, for my 1:00 appointment.
