This is an amazing experience
I made an appointment for today for 3:45pm. They lady asst the counter asked if I needed anything and I said I had an appointment for 3:45 and she was like I don't have anything for you. I'm highly upset that I wasted my time waiting in the lobby for nothing. Whoever took my phone call needs to learn to do their job right. Don't tell a customer you made their appointment when you really didn't. I was so excited to experience this and now I can't experience it because the staff can't do their job. Thanks for nothing.
