Beautiful selection, but when I asked for info on a stone the sales associate, after asking me if she could help, told me to use google. Was hoping for info on the price of THAT stone, but she clearly felt that we weren’t made of enough money to shop there. When we went in earlier one of the sales associates was being rude to another. I’m writing this review on the customer service i received today at this store. The manager there, i believe her name is Rianna, was super helpful and kind. She assisted me with picking out the best moonstone ring. There was a point where she went to the back of the store to find other rings for me. While she was in the back, a Caucasian girl who also worked there was talking to me at the counter. While i was trying on the rings she asked me “when are you due?” And pointed to my stomach. Absolutely loved this crystal shop! The energy was peaceful the moment I walked in, and the selection was incredible. Everything from raw specimens and towers to spheres and jewelry. Prices were fair, and the quality of the stones was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate, answering all my questions without ever being pushy. Came in for the first time with my bf just to look around, i love gems and bug display pieces so I was very drawn. However the front desk clerk kept what felt like following me and my partner around the store when there where other patrons in the store as well. I felt very singled out and as if she needed to watch us so we didnt steal. I ended up spending over 200$ at this store bc I did genuinely like the product but I wont be returning based off that experience alone. Very disappointing to feel targeted.
I had lost my wedding ring. They saved the day! Had an exact match... but not in size. Was told to come back to look at next shipment. A long wait well worth it! Size and match. Rihanna was so nice and empathetic. A true real person.
