After booking the Memories Package, I was really excited to see what our first baby would look like. Unfortunately, after my initial appointment I was advised that the technician had forgotten to press record, so none of the footage included in the package had been captured. A little annoying but I was offered a return visit, which I appreciated and accepted. I ordered a bear with my son's heart beats a year ago, and am still yet to receive it despite repeated attempts to call over the last year. My family has also tried to call and organise pick up or postage since me calling is getting no where, and I have since moved 12 hours away. So disappointing as this is a very special moment and sound I can't get back and I should've been offered a refund by now.
