My experience with Precious Previews with my first pregnancy has been nothing but fantastic! The staff were so lovely, the room itself was huge and the images were great. Cassidy was awesome, she seemed genuinely as excited to see my baby as I was. I could not recommend this place enough!
So impressed with our experience yesterday! We came in to get the gender of our little baby, but what should have been a 10 min scan turned in to 1.5 hours because our little Bub was not in a good position. The ladies doing our scan were so determined and patient. They stopped at nothing to ensure we left knowing the gender. We were so impressed with their perseverance! Eventually at the very end we found out the gender! We can’t thank them enough for not giving up and going above and beyond!!!
Booked a pregnancy massage at Strathpine. Went into the clinic at the booked time and was told it was cancelled due to the masseuse being sick. They told me they had rung to let me know and they definitely had not. The girls at the front didn’t know how to handle the situation and did not offer anything for the inconvenience. Not a fun moment for someone in a vulnerable state who was excited to relax. Do better and don’t lie to your new full paying customers.
Cassidy, was amazing. The whole experience was delightful. The waiting area is cosy, and homey. The scan room is a great experience, the bed is comfortable and a nice area for your family to view baby too. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to view baby without the hefty cost at normal radiologists.
I’ve been to Precious Precious many times as this is my first pregnancy and every experience is amazing the staff are really Kind,very supportive & they make me feel comfortable I recommend Precious Previews if you miss seeing your little one they will definately take care of you Thank you so much I hope to see them again in the future!!!!
