I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience because this was my 5-year-old daughter’s first ear piercing, and it was incredibly disappointing. We made a 10:00 a.m. appointment at the event held at Monkey Doodle Children’s Boutique and arrived early so numbing cream could be applied (which didn’t do anything because it ended up being very painful for my daughter). Had a great experience here. Ashlyn did a great job piercing my baby's ears. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the actual piercing process was very quick. The aftercare instructions were very clear. Im so happy I picked this place and would highly recommend!
Would not recommend to anyone, ever. Both of the ladies piercing my daughter's ears were rude, and didn't trust my opinion on the holes being crooked. The girls were very young and did not act like they wanted to be there. My daughter happened to bleed alot on the first ear and so when they turned my daughter around in the mirror she freaked out a little. I have looked high and low for a professional piercer to do my 3 month old daughters ear lobes. We live in AZ and since we are in town I figured TX is a great place to look as well. Everywhere I called or found online the age requirement was at least 5 years old or their hours of operations would not work for us. Luckily I finally found Bella Ranae and thank goodness for that! Brought my 3 month old here after reading all the good reviews online. The two girls in the shop seemed a lot younger than I was expecting like college kids and that they were just there for a job. The piecer who was going to pierce my daughter sat on her phone and just seemed uninterested, barely said much. I asked if one of them were the owner to which they responded " no she's never here".
