This review cannot express me and my husbands gratitude enough. Jill was absolutely amazing. We were thrown every curveball imaginable in trying to get our fur baby to guam. Jill took over the process and held our hand along the way. She treated Leo as her own when she came to pick him up and even had us reach back out once he made it safely to hawaii. I cannot say enough about my experience with Precious Pets from start to finish. The overarching point I would convey is I felt like I was dealing with real, empathetic, caring people - who genuinely cared about my dog, her wellbeing and comfort, and the ease of her travel experience - throughout the entire process of shipping our dog to the other side of the planet. Jill drove my dogs from Northern Virginia to Texas after they arrived from their overseas flight and did their import health inspection. Jill communicated with me during the trip to keep me up to date, and did a wonderful job with my nervous dogs. The dog arrived home happy and healthy.
