I cannot say enough about my experience with Precious Pets from start to finish. The overarching point I would convey is I felt like I was dealing with real, empathetic, caring people - who genuinely cared about my dog, her wellbeing and comfort, and the ease of her travel experience - throughout the entire process of shipping our dog to the other side of the planet. Jill drove my dogs from Northern Virginia to Texas after they arrived from their overseas flight and did their import health inspection. Jill communicated with me during the trip to keep me up to date, and did a wonderful job with my nervous dogs. The dog arrived home happy and healthy.

I'm writing this review in Germany with my dog on my lap after he was successfully transported by Linda. I couldn't be happier! My family moved here for my wife's job, and I quickly found out that getting your pet overseas isn't as easy as booking a flight. I stressed out a lot because our dog is very much a part of our family and navigating all the requirements was daunting.
