Terrible place, BEWARE. Paid for the more expensive kennel , but my dog was put into a small crate. I also knew someone have a dog killed there.

Put on a nice front.. – I have a friend who worked for this place and have met a few employees from my friend. All of the employees know what they are doing, its the owner/manager that are stupid. They overbook dogs on holidays and weekends and throw them in whatever kennel/crate they can find. It doesn't matter if you wanted the big expensive room, they will move your small or well behaved dog to a crate and use that room for another dog. Great Care! – My family and I have been taking our pets to Precious Pets for over 3 years now. We have toured other boarding kennals, and nothing compares to this fecility. They have 4 large yards, one just recently added. The kennals are roomy enough to fit more than one pet in each. Everytime we get close to the place to drop our dogs off, they start getting excited and waggging their tales. Ought to be shut down – These people don't just "misrepresent" things -- they lie. When I took my dogs there, the place stank of feces and urine, even though the check-in person told me the dogs had been out a short time before to play and relieve themselves. The stench was nearly unbearable. The clincher was when I asked her to show me where they planned to keep my dogs -- it was in the hottest part of the kennel that had extremely poor lighting (if any). Misrepresenting services – When I read the brochure for this location, the sizes of the rooms seemed very roomy. Only on paper. The rooms are nowhere near the size that's claimed. Instead of a 5x5 condo, the condo is closer to 3x3. That's a difference of 16 square feet. The suites are not 8x10 as claimed - they're more likely 4x7.
