It seems under new ownership or management. I had made a appt for mani pedi, had the pedi done and they would tell me now I have to wait an hour. I gave them another chance. When I arrived on time for my appt I had to wait 40 min for my appt. I found another place Tina nails in Salem. Their prices were $20 less for the same services. I love the nails techs there but wont be going back

I usually go to Lin and I love how she does my nails. She is friendly, welcoming, and I love chatting with her. She’s the best!!

Precious nails is easily my favorite nail salon. Every technician is so sweet and amazing and I always leave happy. The salon itself is beautiful and is a great atmosphere. No matter what service I get (dip, acrylic, gel mani, pedi) I always love the results! Definitely would recommend.

Been coming here a few months and usually leave with great results. Ive noticed before but havent looked too deeply, they don’t sanitize their tools in between clients. This past time I got a cut on my cuticle from the nail tool which has now become red, raised, and painful. Unfortunately will be booking somewhere else due to this experience. Money/time over safety does not fly well with me.

By far my favorite nail salon in the Salem NH area! Very clean and beautiful inside. Lynn does an amazing job with my full sets and pedicures, which last longer than any other set I’ve had before! Very happy with every appointment I’ve had so far.
