I made my appointment 3 days in advance and took time off from work to make my appointment. When I showed up, I waited 15 minutes and was told the person doing my nails didn’t show up for work and no one else could do my nails for me. HORRIFIC customer service. They also said they don’t have their employees number to call her. How do you not have your employees number??? Beyond annoyed.
First time trying the salon. My nails are so thick and 4 out of my 10 nails are loaded with glue and stuck to my skin. Not impressed at all and will have to go to another salon this week to have redone

I saw Lin today and got my duck nails filled. She was amazing, Lin is very fast, clean and does amazing work. She did my pedicure afterwards too. I definitely would come back.
I am bewildered at how this place just charged me $67 to remove gel polish from my toes and nails. I did not get any polish… When I asked how much a manicure is with gel they said $40. They charged me $40 for no gel/polish. Just a simple manicure. How is it the same price? When looking at the receipt, they added multiple add-ons, that I did not request. When I questioned it, they looked at me like I had two heads so I just paid.Truly the most bizarre experience. I will never return.
