I came into the PMR location on Tangerine/Thornydale store 1/27/22 as a walk in customer, as this is the closest location to my home off Tangerine Rd . I have been to this location in late 2021 and sold a solid 25K gold bullion coin. So I decided to get a quote on a few more items I had. My experience at this place was absolutely horrible. First they quoted a gold spot price that was well below the actual spot price at the time. Then they offered a ridiculously low amount for a premium gold coin (86% of spot). The clerk was very rude and when I complained, they asked me to leave. I sold the coin at another coin store up the street for a lot more (95% of spot). The difference in dollars was significant. I would not recommend PMR to anyone; look elsewhere.
