I found Ted to be very rude, defensive, cranky and didn't honor his phone quote percentage price with me. He refused to shake my hand when we met, and then his behavior went down hill from there. It doesn't appear from the building that he does any more refining/smelting operations. I assume he simply underpays and resells out of state. Don't ask him though, he may go balistic like he did with me. This was my experience. "Run Forest, Run"
