Went in for DOT Physical in and out in 30mins. Dr. Nikita preformed the Physical in a kind and professional manor. Highly recommend if you need to get your DOT medical stuff done. Also GPS will take you to the wrong spot. Her entrance is off Howard Coogler RD. (Truck Accessible)
