I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Precious Jewels in Vic square Mall. Back in November 2024, I brought in my cross necklace to have the clasp repaired. This cross was incredibly sentimental to me — I was baptized with it and had it for 22 years. I clearly remember being told by John that because it was Thursday, it would need to wait to be sent to the repair person. Brought a fake and a real gold/diamond ring to appraise and possibly sell the real one. They checked ( which was very quick) and said was not gold. Felt like I was profiled and they probably assumed something. Would not recommend unless you look rich or white.
