I was told $15 and 20 minutes, but the lady walked off as soon as I handed her my watch. She didn't call when it was ready, and told me $20 when I picked it up. FRAUDS

Owners are very rude set of individuals. I came to get to my cut necklace fix and the lady charged me $50.00. I had asked if they were using additional gold to get the necklace soldered together. She told No. Her husband walks in the middle of the conversation and asked if I had common sense asking about the process. I didn't understand why he asked that question. Things got really heated with exchange words and I walked out. Save your time and don't walk in here. I would give then a zero if I had that option.
