The “care” she received from this agency was nothing short of criminal and I believe directly contributed to her decline and suffering. This agency robbed my mom of precious time and dignity, and I feel compelled to warn others to stay far, far away. From the start, their "care" was shockingly inadequate. I am so glad we chose this agency. They have really gone above and beyond from Day 1. They are truly family and make sure to show us their appreciation for us. I was so pleasantly surprised by the Christmas gifts given to the clients. They really have made a impact in my life.
