Super sweet people! Grace is very responsive and flexible to accommodate skills check offs. I had to get BLS and PALS at the last minute and was able to fit them both in within a day or two. Skills check offs were quick and painless. Same day cards! Thank y'all so much!!!!

Grace is a former pediatric nurse and a fabulous instructor who somehow makes CPR and first aid training fun!
My husband and I hired Precious Hearts to come teach us CPR in our home and we had a WONDERFUL experience! Grace is a fantastic teacher and we learned so much. She had all the proper equipment for us to get lots of practice, she gave lots of real-world examples, and overall she made the process really fun and positive. Our nanny came for the 2nd half of the class and she reviewed the CPR and choking rescue procedures with her as well. I was able to take CPR and first aid with Grace who was wonderful. She was very informative and answered any question the class asked. It was a hands-on experience and I left feeling confident about performing CPR on infants to adults as well as first aid and the heimlich.
