I recently purchased my daughters prom dress here... The staff was amazing and very helpful... This is her senior year so since I cant do more dress shopping I will highly recommend to other friends that we know.... thank you
Me & my friends came in & had an awful experience. They had a sale & I understand they were busy but all of the girls working were rude, & acted like they did not have time for us. I asked for a specific dress & they claimed it would be too big on me, & wouldn't even let me try it on, or try to find one similar in my size. No one would help us pull dresses, they only helped the people they knew. I don't think I'll ever be coming back, I'll continue to go to Wilma's where they are a lot nicer, & have better hospitality.
I would not recommend! horrible service and a VERY RUDE owner! I got my prom dress there, and will never make that mistake again! it was completely falling apart, everything was falling off of it, and one of the girls told me to carry around nail glue TP PROM to glue my diamonds back on... they worked on it for months and three weeks before refused to let me see my dress.. one of the girls even wrote a note to the seamstress saying i wanted to see my dress on Tuesday at 3:30 and when i got there her or my dress was no where ... read more
This store was my only source of wedding stress. I was talked into buying "off the rack" because I thought I was getting a good deal (until I did more comparison shopping). There were repairs needed to the dress, but we were assured that they would be done easily and the dress would be cleaned. When we went to check on the progress we saw that the repairs had been done with silver beads (the other beads on the dress were white)! We had to have them redo the repairs (this took 2 months). Let's see where to begin - horrible customer service, prices are way too high for fake jewelry, no retrurns, no management, and I am not exaggerating on that one literally the old hag (to put it nicely) told me there is no manager to take up customer concerns with), they screwed up my order beyond recognition so I paid a ridicukous amount of money for a dress that their seamstress ruined and then was told I would have to pay for a new dress to replace the one they ruined.
