Well secured residential apartment. Building have different wings with different flat area and designs, with designated parking spaces. Property have common amenities like Gym, swimming pool. It also have river walk access. There is private cafe and school at ground floor in the property. View from building is beautiful.
Body corp far too controlling and involved in your business. They banned anyone having guests up to your apartment 6 months after Covid 2nd vaccinations were done when they said they would permit after 2nd dose was conducted. They also walk on the roofs looking into your apartments checking up. And lastly they will make you pay 1k if you let an Uber eats person come to your door (for disabling and then reenabling your guest access privilege) talk about Russian regime. Don’t recommend moving here.
