While this is not a service that anyone looks forward to, the staff were wonderful in working with our family. They made us feel welcome and supported while being patient as we tried to wrap our heads around what we wanted. They were very clear with the costs and at times we were given choices with the different costs explained. I would highly recommend working with Mike Boyd at Precht Rose Chapel.......he is very knowledgeable and just a down right caring guy to work with!!!
Not a happy customer. Their staff are extremely rude, insensitive, and dishonest. It's very obvious their only concern is bleeding grieving families of all the money they can. Shameful.
