Precedence did great work in landscaping our backyard. Scott came out and gave us a good faith estimate for the work to be done. This work was a patio that could have many uses including having two raised garden boxes and an area for us sit should we choose to do so. The crew also cleaned out the front rock garden and raised planting area. Scott's crew were highly knowledgeable, good workers, special thanks to Jeff on plant tips, and thanks to Jeff, Shaun and Rock for getting job done quickly. Great job did exactly what I asked for. It was so clean after didn't know anyone was here. Scott was great ,listened well to what I wanted ,gave estimate, and comes back to see the job done. Rain delays but well worth waiting for!!! Doesn't know how to properly plow. Too lazy to get out of his truck to shovel near doorways and salt properly so he tried to back the truck in to salt. Do not recommend. The lot next door is done by Turner landscaping and looks impeccable compared to ours.
I hired this company before to work on my hedges. They charged me $1,600.00 a couple years ago. The work was barely satisfactory. My wife contacted the owner Scott about a future job. For some reason he lost his patience, seemed to be agitated, became aggressive, used profanity, then said he was very busy, and slammed the phone down. Scott has to work on people skills or go for anger management!
