Front office was fabulous. Friendly and very helpful. They loaded my sewer lids into the back of my pickup with a forklift, so I didn't need to do any heavy lifting. Great job team Precast!
I ordered a 2250 dual compartment septic tank specifically for a pump set up and was shipped an incorrect tank that was unfortunately discovered after installation. Now I am need of another additional 1000 gal tank all because of a mishap that was miscommunicated confirming it was tank designed for a pump set up several times when it was originally ordered over the phone. Quite disappointed and frustrated.
Jenny & Wendy were excellent to work with. Our gravestone turned out above our expectations. Very good ideas. Know their business well. Would highly recommend them. Great to work with. 10 out of 10 rating.
