I received a letter on 121525 stating I was on Medicaid since 110125, when I have never applied for Medicaid. On 121625 I contacted, “Hannah” who was kind, and helpful. Hannah is an employee at Preble County Job & Family Services. I told Hannah I never applied, and believed I made too much money anyway.
