FROM YELP: Horrible. First let me say, however, that the few people who work for him do great work. I am pleased with most of the work they did. The owner, on the other hand, does not keep his word, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't keep you informed, you have trouble getting in touch with him, and he says he gives you a five year warranty which is about as good as his word.
