Extremely unprofessional office staff. Nurse manager Marla constantly calls patients “her boyfriend” and she goes out of her scope of practice and threatens to place patients on hospice. As someone with over 25yrs of experience in the medical field I couldn’t imagine ever saying these things to a patient. Wayne Memorial Hospital and Dr Preate’s office should both consider offering professional training for her.
I have been a patient of Dr Preate’s for quite some time from when he was with Delta Medix and now at Wayne Memorial. As a doctor and urologist, he is very good. Numerous scheduling and office wait time issues - those areas could use vast improvement but those aside, Dr Preate is very good at what he does.
Thank you for reassuring us and coming through with a serious surgery for my mom she means the world to me I appreciate it sooooo much ❤️ 😊
