One of my friends recommended Prea James to me, and I'm so glad she did. I felt so comfortable and welcome at my first fitting, and then spoilt for choice. The team helped with a second viewing and answering all my questions to choose my wedding dress. The process was very clear, and I loved their recommendation for alterations. We travelled from Queensland to go wedding dress shopping and Prea was the place and experience I was the most excited for. Unfortunately I was left quite disappointed with the appointment for a few reasons. Firstly the showroom layout felt very awkward. The seating for guests is so small and the reveal area with the mirror is directly in front of where they sat, meaning I had my back facing them most of the time I was looking at the dress in the mirror. I had tried on so many bridal dresses and felt meh in them, i went in to Prea James not expecting to find anything like all of the other shops. I tried a few on and ended up not being able to choose between TWO! I ended up going with a shirt and skirt option and they are just divine. The place feels like the focus is on you without other groups in and very personable. Everyone loved my outfit choice and it felt like me!
