I had the most incredible experience with Prea James — not only at my bridal fitting but also throughout the entire process after choosing the Camille gown. Prea is exceptionally kind, generous, and genuine, which made every fitting feel warm and welcoming — like catching up with a friend. I was really excited to check out Prea James and its core collection, but when my friend and I arrived at the store, we were underwhelmed by the set-up. For a bridal brand that charges premium price (similar pricing to Khya studios, which is located nearby in Paddington too), I'd expect the studio to offer a decent bridal try-on experience.... 1) There were no proper seats (there's only a window nook with zero cushion) and the space to try on dresses were really limited. 2) We had to ask the bridal assistant for water. Had a wonderful fitting session at Prea James in Paddington. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The dresses are absolutely divine, and the space is relaxed but very chic. The customer service post fitting has also been very considered and helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you Clementine and Kira!
