I love these exercise classes. Tash is so knowledgeable and adjusts all the classes to suit everyone's fitness. I have attended both the Post Natal classes and her regular classes and I feel confident that I can work out safely with her guidance. She is also very well set up to accommodate bubs of all ages. I wish I had known about GETT Fitness when I was pregnant. I would highly recommend her exercise classes to anyone, regardless of fitness level.
Great exercise for mums. So nice been able to take baby to gym with you, less mum guilt. Tash is fantastic trainer and very conscious about women’s health and their pelvic floor. Thoroughly recommend to any woman, young or old!
