Process was fine and I love my car, but I got the platinum Acura care thing and was told it would cover the dents on my car. Turns out it won’t… They also never gave me the second set of keys for the vehicle. I kept checking back in to see if they “found it”. They didn’t have it to begin with and just lied.
Never Recommending this place, don't waste your time here, Management and Sales Team are all lairs, they promise something to never help you, there is bigger and wider market with dealers that can really do something and make things easy for a car purchase, this is not the place.

I came in with my mom looking for a new car to upgrade from my almost 10 year old one. Hector Garcia helped us out and was able to let me see and test drive a car they had gotten that same morning. Hector was very friendly and pleasant to work with throughout the purchasing process, and I would absolutely want to buy a car from him again! I went here with my daughter to buy her a car (we did) and I ended up buying one for myself as well! Hector was very friendly and knowledgeable. Somehow he knew exactly what I wanted, even before I did! I love the car, and it was a smooth and easy experience. Thank you Hector, I hope you’re still here when it’s time to trade in this one!
