I ordered my building from Scottie at Bull building. Pre-built structures was selected to do the project. 30x30 10-ft High metal garage. I spoke with Bea. She handled my drawings and I sent my approval for the footings and slab to her. She sent it to scheduling. Jessica contacted me for available day in which the building would be built. I purchased a second garage from Pre Built, it was easy to go back with them for my second garage as the entire experience was great for the first one, office staff, scheduling, installation crew were great, there was a mix up with colored screws but the correct ones were delivered same day with no delays in completing project, I have not found any issues with the first garage. Wow what a great experience from this company, every person I interacted with was great. When I got my pad poured on February 17 I sent them a picture and called Jessica to make sure the got it she told me they got it and she would send it to scheduling and they would give me a call, exactly 1week later she called me back which was on a Tuesday and said they would be here the following Monday (WOW) they showed up Monday and finished on Tuesday. I bought my 30x40 building thru a broker but was very fortunate to have a crew from Pre- Built Structures do the building production and assembly on site. I don't have one negative thing to say about my experience. They showed up the evening before but fortunately I could get home to go over a few things. The crew was amazing and very clean. There quality was wonderful. I couldn't be happier. Wish I could post pictures but not sure how.
