My experience with Pre-Built Structures was very positive. I began the process by stopping by R&R Buildings in Oak Ridge, TN, building a 3D model of a desired building and starting the purchase process. Once I had a concrete foundation poured, they had me scheduled for installation around 4 weeks later. Hector Installations, LLC arrived on a Tuesday and finished the construction of the 40'x30'x12' outbuilding, which included 4 - 10'x10' garage doors, a side entrance door and two windows, in two and a half days. Thank you, Prebuilt Structures for a very well built building I just had it installed on 15 May. The crew that installed it was fantastic. They were caring and honest great job to that crew. I purchased a second garage from Pre Built, it was easy to go back with them for my second garage as the entire experience was great for the first one, office staff, scheduling, installation crew were great, there was a mix up with colored screws but the correct ones were delivered same day with no delays in completing project, I have not found any issues with the first garage. I ordered my building from Scottie at Bull building. Pre-built structures was selected to do the project. 30x30 10-ft High metal garage. I spoke with Bea. She handled my drawings and I sent my approval for the footings and slab to her. She sent it to scheduling. Jessica contacted me for available day in which the building would be built.
