Came to the mall to look around with grandson. Came by this place and a girl out front handed me a free sample to try. Got me into the store, and then proceeded to sale me more products. Bought the first set, and the they proceeded to go further and have some else come out from the back and discuss my skin and what they could do for me. I wasn't sure about the store the first time i walked by but something about Belle caught my attention. She gave me a sample of serum that was FANTASTIC!!! She also let me try the undereye treatment and Oh My FREAKING Gosh!!!!! It worked!! My undereye felt so tight and when Belle handed me the mirror to look i was shocked!!! My bags and dark circles were gone!!! I'm so glad I skipped a full face of makeup so I was able to try this product! I cannot wait to get my supply!
Do not get drawn in and make any impulsive (and expensive) decisions without doing your own independent research first. I do not recommend buying anything from this store. I wish I hadn't.
While I was in the store I was treated well. I purchased items and they said they would ship them. The lady who helped me with my purchases stayed in contact with me. I messaged her notifying her that my items never arrived. She had me send her a picture of my receipt and said that she would send my purchases. When I still did not receive it I again contacted her and asked how I started the refund process to which she stated they only do exchanges.
