Sarah Dean was amazing as our agent. She was very knowledgeable of the market, took the time to get to know the house she was selling, punctual, great communication and a very positive experience. Highly recommend Sarah Dean- PRD.
Property management side of agency shows extremely poor communication, failed to notify of agent changes, contributing to delays in maintenance and sale settlement, along with a lack of responsiveness to previously acknowledged requests. Sarah from the sales team is great, had a very poor experience with property manager Taya.
We engaged PRD as our property managers as they are professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with every step of the way. Reanne and Hannah made this process seamless. Thank you.
We cannot recommend Reanne from PRD R.E. Whitsunday enough. She was a great help in securing and organising a rental quickly as we needed a fast relocation due to flooding. Her communication was excellent and she made the whole process easy, coordinating all eforms and necessary paperwork while we were on the road. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.
