We had a great experience from start to finish. Mark and his team were fantastic to deal with, had excellent market knowledge, and kept us well informed the whole way through. Communication was clear and timely which made the whole process easier.
We didn’t have a great experience selling and leasing our property through PRD. We were told it would probably sell in 2 weeks if we listed it before a certain date ahead of the summer school holidays. The property ended up being listed after the time they suggested and largely sat there over the school holidays with few people coming to the inspections. Danielle was fantastic throughout the entire process, open and prompt communication we felt cared for and our needs and interests were front of mind. Could not recommend the service provided by Danielle and the PRD team any higher.
We rented through PRD for almost 4 year. Wendy Fenwick started out as our Property Manager and moved up in that time and did all of our routine inspection. We developed a wonderful relationship in that time with Wendy being nothing but professional and thorough. We will actually miss seeing her for our quirky inspection. Thank you, Wendy.
