Terrible. As a landlord, never deal with again. Where’s the zero stars?
Why is there no zero. Not helpful. Don’t care duck shove from one person to another and cost you money without a sale. The blame game has to stop somewhere would never deal with PRD anywhere. Mathew talked over me and treated me like I had no clue. Stay away ppl
Absolutely awful to rent through! They will rent you places that is not up to standard and basically make you clean the place. The place they rented out to me and my partner was COVERED is human waste and his mother went and cleaned the place. They painted over mold on the ceiling but forgot they mold grows back. They said "it's up to standard" but the wire had a big hole in it, the walls were yellow from smokers, the carpet smelled of cat pee, and bugs would constantly get in cause of holes in the wall.
