If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with this agency was, without a doubt, the most stressful and unprofessional rental experience we have ever endured. The most glaring issue was a leaking air conditioner in the master bedroom that ran down the wall for nearly an entire year. My primary concern wasn't just the aircon, but the fact that the it had the potential to start rotting.
