If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with this agency was, without a doubt, the most stressful and unprofessional rental experience we have ever endured. The most glaring issue was a leaking air conditioner in the master bedroom that ran down the wall for nearly an entire year. My primary concern wasn't just the aircon, but the fact that the it had the potential to start rotting. Ashleigh was so easy to deal with. It was never too much effort when we wanted to come and have another look at the house. She liaised with the owner whenever we had a question. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her whether you were buying or selling
