Alex did a very good job of selling my property and his team at PRD. His idea of styling my townhouse was an awesome idea and the advertising all professional He's very good at his job. I got me the best price for my townhouse of all the townhouses sold so far. Nothing seemed too hard for him to do. I would recommend him and PRD team to get the job done. I even bought another unit through Alex and PRD.

Was going through the house hunting process in an attempt to buy my first home, ended up purchasing with another company however Alex was supportive and active in attempting to find a property i would be happy with the entire time i was searching. I had put down an offer on several of the houses he showed me (was just beat out on them by slightly better offers), so this should tell you that he had my best interest in mind when searching for which houses he would show to me.
Purchased a property through Alex, site unseen, no building inspection as I knew I would be carrying out renovations in due time, purchased to owner occupy, however there was a lease in place until August this year, I had made plans to travel during the period it was tenanted.
