I highly recommend NOT using this real estate. They are extremely hard to deal with as a tenant and I have had many issues across the 9 months living in one of their properties. Daniel Moddel would ignore issues and put any blame onto us as tenants despite mould/water damage being an issue in the property for the last 3 years in the property.
