PRD were very mostly helpful and friendly during application and tenancy. However, the entry-report regarding the state of the property was full of errors and didn't seem to have been updated for some time. Matt supported us really good. If he missed a call it didn’t take long for him to get back to us. He is been open and kept us in the loop. It was really good to work with him. He answered all our questions and helped us with things that actually wasn’t his job.
