Complete scam. They will weasel their way out of paying for anything. They also will not return calls. Any dealership that sells this trash is scamming you also and you need to spend your money elsewhere.
DO NOT go through prco they are the worst company to have as an extended warrant on your car. My ac unit was covered on my car with the warranty through prco. My mechanic called me and said they would only cover half when all I should have paid was the deductible witch was 75 bucks. And now I'm paying 370 out of my pocket cause prco would only cover half. DO NOT go through prco
I bought this warranty and the first major thing that goes wrong, (I haven't even had the car for a year and it's a 2016) they do not cover any of it and they were extremely rude to my mechanic when he called to speak with them. $1400.00 out of my pocket. The dealer who sold me the car made it sound like everything was covered and I would be responsible for a $50 deductible only. Read the fine print.... actually, just don't buy a warranty through this company. It's a joke.
Traded my vehicle in and I contacted the company for a refund. After I provided all necessary documentation they still will pay what is owed to me. Keep in mind they provided no services for me. I have had similar warranties and gap with no issues when it came time to cancel the contract. Spare the headache and take your business elsewhere.
Beware! Doesn't stand behind warranty.
