If you want amazing customer service then you found the right place! Not only did they have what I needed in stock they sent over my tracking right away and they even took a photo of my package. They had parts on hand that the manufacture was telling me had at least a 4 month lead time on. Wonderful to work with. I will be using them again. Thank you to the PRB staff and Kevin for picking up the phone and taking time to do the job right. Best company I have worked with in awhile and I work with a bunch every single day.

This company has the absolute best customer service I've experienced anywhere in the industrial controls industry! They shipped out a VFD for an emergency repair and followed up instantly with a tracking #, and even a photo of my package! I'd like to add this review was posted amidst the global chip shortage where many vendors are doubling prices due to long lead times. PRB still has extremely competitive pricing for items that are in very hi demand / short supply. Thanks PRB & especially Kevin K!

I was extremely impressed with the fast order processing and shipment of my recent purchase. I placed my order and it was shipped out the same day.
