I’ve been going to Simrane for over a year now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my waxing and threading. She’s amazing at what she does very precise, gentle, and it barely hurts compared to my past experiences. The salon is always clean and well-maintained, which makes me feel comfortable every time I go. Poor service. Very disappointed with my recent eyebrow service. My eyebrows came out uneven, and the tint I asked for is barely visible. On top of that, all the customer points I had accumulated were deleted, and the $5 referral credit I was supposed to receive for bringing a new client was never applied. Scam!!!! This place used to provide good service, but the quality seems to be declining. I’m very unhappy with the result and the way the rewards were handled. Giving a 5 star to Simran— Yes, as you see in all reviews Simran does a great job, she’s attentive, respectful and highly skilled. Others, not so much… sadly, they’re hastey, rough, and mostly seem very uninterested in their jobs… In one instance last Dec, I had to go someone else as Simran is on leave, an aesthetician named Sakina(?) poked a benign pimple on my neck with her thread, didn’t say anything until I sense the sting and discomfort.
