I would give zero stars if I could. Our system has been out since Friday, and American Home Shield assigned Prayco Plumbing Heating and Cooling to handle the service call. The service man, Jason, came to the house with zero patience and was extremely rude to my mother. Jason came by last minute to replace my a/c capacitor during a heatwave. Quick, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend.

They efficiently and effectively repaired our A/C unit within/less than 24 hours of our call for service. Definitely recommend them!

Jason with PRAYCO PLUMBING HEATING AND COOLING LLC was able to get me scheduled in amazingly quickly when my A/C was acting up. They were very respectful, did an amazing job of communicating with me throughout, and set upfront reasonable expectations. He was even kind enough to answer some of my questions while I watched him bring my A/C back to life! I would 100 percent recommend and would have no problem using them again.

Poor service, did not know what he was talking about, extremely rude, if he is not sent from American home shield and you pay him directly he may be worth it, but extremely rude that’s all I have to say about him
