Jason with PRAYCO PLUMBING HEATING AND COOLING LLC was able to get me scheduled in amazingly quickly when my A/C was acting up. They were very respectful, did an amazing job of communicating with me throughout, and set upfront reasonable expectations. He was even kind enough to answer some of my questions while I watched him bring my A/C back to life! I would 100 percent recommend and would have no problem using them again.

Poor service, did not know what he was talking about, extremely rude, if he is not sent from American home shield and you pay him directly he may be worth it, but extremely rude that’s all I have to say about him

Very rude (wish I had the voice message from the phone) before even showing up, tried to blame us and make us pay for it, new guy was very respectful and took care of it, treated a female EXTREMELY poorly and uncalled for

Jason is trustworthy, patient and reliable. He called as soon as he heard from our warranty company and onsite within hours replacing our capacitor. He educated us on our new-to-us-home’s system and made sound recommendations to ensure optimizing our AC.
