Walked in to the shop due to a malfunctioning light on dashboard. The staff were really nice and accommodating They did not charge me anything for diagnostic as they think it’s a glitch on Audi system
You have to go to Pray Auto Body! Fastest and best customer service ever! I walked in one day to get my hood fixed. Phil was very pleasant and explained that I would need to call my insurance company and get an estimate. I called my insurance company and forwarded Phil the estimate. Pray Body Shop installed a Scrape Armor skid plate under the front spoiler of my new car this week. Pray is the only factory authorized Scrape Armor installer in Fairfield County. They did an excellent job and were very accommodating with scheduling. I highly recommend them.
2 weeks ago we had a slight accident. Did my due diligence and asked around "what's a good auto body shop?" The feedback we got from coworkers and friends was "Go to Prays!" We delivered the car last week Tuesday and this morning we picked it up and it was like brand new.
