Do NOT send a loved one here. There is no direct connection/phone number. Everything goes through call center in Tennessee. My son left there the same day he was admitted, as someone offered him drugs. (IN A REHAB FACILITY ) It took five days to get his belongings, and this is only because I knew someone affiliated with referring people there. I truly believe this place should be shut down!
This place should be shutdown! They are 100% in it for the money, not the clients. My cousin was in there for two days and offered meth twice. They did nothing about it, and he ended up getting transferred to a mental facility. Now it’s been a nightmare, getting his belongings back, because you cannot call them directly! They claim to send messages through their network to each each other, but that doesn’t happen. Do not send your loved one here!
My experience at this facility was one of the worst I’ve ever had. When I decided I wanted to leave — which I legally had every right to do — multiple staff members surrounded me to pressure me into staying. They held my wallet and cell phone hostage so that I couldn’t leave and also wouldn’t let me make any phone calls. They only finally let me leave once I threatened to call the police. No communication, need better management
Wonderful staff unbelievably nice amazing wonderful time well spent inside of recovery and therapy I cannot say enough about the staff from 9:00 till 5:00 wonderful time well spent the community groups ran by mail amazing unbelievable the the daa and NA groups were fantastic
