Look out people, believe Praxis has been hacked. Getting emails that my carrier says are suspicious and phone calls from area code 877 which are considered to be from anywhere from Canada to the Caribbean in North America. No specific location nailed down. Asking for my address and date of birth.
Can I rate them a zero? Never received a bill, then got sent to collections. No bill, no calls, no emails. They have all my information. Looks like I am not alone in this issue. I can see why all of their physician have left. The practice is poorly run. Will be going to The Center from here on out.
Greedy, horrible CEO and COO who are RUINING medical care in Central Oregon. Any medical office or establishment run by Praxis has become atrocious to go to for medical care because nobody is happy working there. It’s not the doctors, nurses, or staff’s fault, it’s the horrible people who run Praxis that are forcing wonderful medical staff to leave Central Oregon. I don’t blame them for leaving, I would never work for Praxis either.
The phone system and response time is horrendous. The care I received is ok, but not excellent. My doctor lost my chart once and didn’t know he had prescribed me a drug . Actually asked me how I was taking it? And when did I start? I sent him a picture of the bottle with his name and date. I’m not sure he was up to date on anything new. Trying a new doctor soon, hopefully it will be better.
